Custom Order Process

Step 1 🛒 Choose Products & Submit Custom Requirements

Browse our full product catalog to select your preferred style, material and specification.

Please send us your full custom information for accurate arrangement:

Exact product size & dimension
Order quantity
Logo/design artwork (AI/PDF/PNG high definition file)
Detailed shipping address
Special requirements (color, packaging, label etc.)

Our sales team will check your request and prepare a preliminary solution for you.

Step 2 💬 Confirm All Details & Receive Official Quotation

Once we receive your customization information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

We will confirm product style, size, quantity, craft, packaging and delivery time with you one by one.

After all details are confirmed, we will send you a formal official quotation.

Step 3 📝 Sign Contract, Pay Deposit & Confirm Design

To start your order officially:

We will issue a formal sales contract for your review and signature.

Pay a deposit of 30%–50% of the total order amount.

We will make draft design for your confirmation.

If you need, we can arrange pre-production sample first for your approval before mass production, to ensure everything meets your expectation.

Step 4 🏭 Mass Production & Balance Payment

After design/sample confirmation and deposit received, we arrange formal mass production strictly according to your requirements.

During production, we can send you production photos/videos for your reference.

When all goods are finished and pass quality inspection, we will inform you to pay the balance payment.

Step 5 🚚 Shipment, Tracking & After-Sales Service

Once we receive your balance payment, we will arrange delivery immediately.

We will provide you with official tracking number so you can track your shipment online anytime.

After you receive the goods:

If you have any quality, quantity or other after-sales questions, please contact us within 7 working days.

We will provide professional after-sales support and solve your problem in time.
